The Polar Club provides constant visual feedback, which motivates participants to push themselves or ease off accordingly to achieve personal goals.

After the class, we use the summary report to show the training effect of the session. Additionally, you automatically receive a detailed training report, highlighting calories burned, time spent in each heart rate zone, and the training benefit of the workout session emailed to you. Make sure you download the Polar Apps: Polar Flow to review your results and your exercise history.
