The ultimate workout experience for women

Our women-only, boutique fitness program offers 50 minute, heart-rate monitored group workouts that integrate full body strength and functional training with calorie-burning cardio exercises.

At RZone Fitness you get the energy and motivation of group training with the personal supervision of a fitness expert that will tailor the program to your comfort level. Our program is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels, within a friendly, fun and supportive environment.

Celebrating 15 years in Coral Gables, 2 years in Pinecrest and you'll soon see us in Doral!

THE WORKOUT

Our program provides three to five workout zones, supervised by your trainer. Each workout zone provides a unique format for cardio intervals and strength training exercises. Because our exercises challenge your fitness level, you can go as fast or as slow as you want to until your repetition scheme is over. Your trainer will always provide an alternative that fits your fitness level. Our goal is for you to see and feel the RESULTS.

ALL-OUT CARDIO INTERVALS

These push your heart rate from 80% to 95% performance, followed by active recovery. You can choose from a power walk, jog, run, or sprint.

 

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Focusing on foundational movements like squatting, pressing, jumping, pulling and lunging trains your body for life’s daily activities.

We deliver a different RZone experience each day, which prevents your body from plateauing and your progress from stalling.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Building muscle and eliciting hormonal responses makes carbohydrate processing more efficient and helps stave off osteoporosis.
