Please: We need you to arrive 15 to 20 minutes before class. We need to make sure you understand our workoutsystem (it’s awesome) and in order for you to have the best experience, you need to know what to expect and meet your trainer.
It’s natural to feel a little trepidation about starting a new hobby, type of exercise, or joining a class of people who youdon’t yet know. But don’t let that stop you because all of our instructors are very weird, just kidding. Our staff and clients are super friendly - after all, that’s what RZone FITNESS is all about RZone Fitness Classes are arranged to work with every fitness level. From beginner to advance, we get it. It will take a couple of classes to grasp our workout concept and feel right at home. You’ll be right on your way to achieving the results you desire.
Worried you’re too unfit, too old? To that, we say “No you’re not!” RZone FITNESS classes are set up for everyone. Youdon’t need to try keep up with anyone. Just do your best work to your own comfort levels and own edge - it’s not a competition. Be ready to sweat a little or maybe a lot, follow your trainer’s guidance and you’ll experience the most enjoyable and beneficial 50 minutes of your life and you can’t leave because we lock all the doors! Just Kidding.
Our environment is a non-judgmental one and when it’s your first time or even first week, we always recommend neverpushing your exercise intensity too much. With consistency, your body will get stronger and adapt. As a beginner don’t be afraid to take a break or sit down if you feel the need. Hey if you’re trying to get back into shape or just haven’t worked out in a while, it’s perfectly normal to feel a little out of breath and for any reason you don’t feel comfortable, do not worry. Just let our trainer know and you’ll feel better in no time. Keep in mind that everyone has had their first RZone FITNESS class at some point, even those people who make it look so effortless. They make it look easy because they persevered - and so can you!
