We know life gets busy, messy, even overwhelming — but your health, your energy, and your mindset are worth protecting. You don’t need to be perfect — you just need a plan that fits your life, and a place that believes in you.
Just a reminder:
If you were on our Unlimited or 4–5x/week membership, we also offer flexible options — like our 2x/week and 3x/week monthly plans — designed for busier schedules. Just ask us for details if you’re interested!
🚫 Need to Cancel Your Rzone Membership?
We believe in straightforward, no-hassle policies — because your time matters.
✉️ How to Cancel:
To cancel, simply email us at support@rzonefitness.com with the following:
✅ Full Name
✅ Phone Number
✅ Studio You Attend
✅ A brief note about why you're canceling — your feedback truly helps us improve!
🕕 Please provide at least 15 days’ notice before your next billing date to cancel your membership.
This allows us to process your cancellation in time and avoid any additional charges.
If your cancellation request is submitted 14 days or less before your next billing date, your final monthly charge will still go into effect and that month will serve as your final active month.

As outlined in your Rzone Fitness agreement (a copy of which is provided at sign-up), and clearly stated on our website, posted throughout our studios, and included in any purchase link you request — our monthly memberships:
- Renew automatically
- Require 15 days' notice to cancel
- Are purchased in person or through secure links sent directly by a team member
- Are not available for direct purchase on our public website
This structure ensures that all memberships are initiated through a personalized, informed process — not via automated online checkout.
🚨 Starting July 15, we’ll also be texting a cancellation policy reminder for added transparency.

These transactions are not considered online subscriptions or automated web-based purchases, and therefore do not fall under the FTC's "click-to-cancel" requirement for digital subscriptions. Our cancellation policies are clearly communicated prior to purchase and reaffirmed in writing and within our studio locations.
