Body composition is a method of describing what the body is made of. It includes fat, protein, minerals and body water. It also describes weight more accurately than BMI. Body composition analysis can accurately show changes in fat mass, muscle mass, and body fat percentage.
After your Inbody Test we go over the Results sheet so you have understanding of where you are now and where you can be in the weeks to follow or months. Everyone is unique so its all based upon your fat mass, weight and lean muscle.

Over time, Denise has been using the Inbody to monitor her progress. In this example we can see that her Skeletal Muscle Mass maintained well during her training. Take a look at her body fat percentage. Pretty impressive right? Also, we can see if she is retaining water or dehydrated. This is important for overall health and body composition.
With the results from the Inbody we can recommend adequate protein intake, favorable complex carbs, vegetables, fruits, essential fats and water based upon the clients test and her goals. From the inbody test we also suggest exercise frequency recommendations and set up goals based upon the Inbody recommendations.
